I have been doing business with Big Horn for over 4 years. I started taking my modified Off-road Jeep there for repairs and upgrades. They have always done an outstanding job on repairs and recommending / installing upgrades. I have chosen to use Bighorn multiple times. Each time the experience has been pleasant & professional. My bank account may disagree (sarcasm). I’ve had an engine swap down to some minor work done. Each time completed with quality workmanship and in a timely manner. My wife and I have been using Bighorn for three years now and we have nothing but good things to say. During my last oil change, the technician noticed a small amount of fluid leaking from my Jeep’s rear axle AND a tiny leak in my radiator. I was able to get my wrangler into the dealership just hours before my bumper-to-bumper warranty was set to expire and Jeep fixed both problems for free. Great work on my lifted jeep. New tires, diff covers and a few other things.
Wanted to give a big shout out to Frank and Rob for sorting a 5 year issue that has plagued my Jeep. Multiple other 4x4 shops had been unsuccessful in correcting the problem. Big Horn got creative and now it drives like a Caddy. Thanks guys.
We take all 4 (will be 4 with the car that doesn't have the care package through the dealership anymore) of our cars here. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Honest and fair. I do most of my own work, but now and then time constraints dictate I let someone else do the work. Jeremy and Frank were great to work with - completely reasonable on price, and very good at communication. They will be getting more of my business in the future no doubt!
